Tater Tot Casserole with Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1.5 Lbs Cooked Chicken Shredded
  • 1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup 10.5 oz can
  • 16 Oz Plain Greek Yogurt Nonfat
  • 2 Tbsp Dry Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Dried Dill
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese
  • 4 Cups Frozen Tater Tots

Toppings for Garnishing

  • 5 Slices Cooked Bacon Chopped
  • 2-3 Green Onions Thinly Sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
  • Grab a large mixing bowl and add in the plain greek yogurt, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried dill. Mix together until well combined. 
  • Add in your cooked shredded chicken and fold into the mixture. 
  • Lastly, add in your frozen tater tots and gently fold into the mixture. 
  • Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the tater tot mixture into the casserole dish. Add additional tater tots to the top if you'd like! 
  • Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. If you have tater tots on the top, make sure they are nice and golden. Remove from oven when finished cooking. 
  • Add your chopped bacon and green onions for toppings, and ENJOY!!
