Ingredients
1.5LbsCooked ChickenShredded
1CanCream of Chicken Soup10.5 oz can
16OzPlain Greek YogurtNonfat
2TbspDry Ranch Seasoning
1TspOnion Powder
1TspGarlic Powder
1TspDried Dill
1CupShredded Cheese
4CupsFrozen Tater Tots
Toppings for Garnishing
5SlicesCooked BaconChopped
2-3Green OnionsThinly Sliced
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
Grab a large mixing bowl and add in the plain greek yogurt, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheese, ranch seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and dried dill. Mix together until well combined.
Add in your cooked shredded chicken and fold into the mixture.
Lastly, add in your frozen tater tots and gently fold into the mixture.
Spray a 9x13 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Add the tater tot mixture into the casserole dish. Add additional tater tots to the top if you'd like!
Bake uncovered for 50 minutes. If you have tater tots on the top, make sure they are nice and golden. Remove from oven when finished cooking.
Add your chopped bacon and green onions for toppings, and ENJOY!!
