Protein Balls with Oats

These no bake protein balls with oats are so tasty and easy to make, perfect for a delicious snack or treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 Cups All Natural Peanut Butter OR Nut Butter of your choice
  • 1/2 Cup Honey
  • 1 1/3 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Protein Powder About 3 Scoops
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 Cup Mini Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients into a large mixing bowl. 
  • Stir everything together with a rubber spatula in the large bowl. The batter is extremely thick and sticky, so it will take a few minutes. 
  • Grab some parchment paper or wax paper and line a baking sheet with it. 
  • Roll the the mixture into balls (about 1 inch balls) and place on the baking sheet.
  • Once you used all the mixture and rolled into balls onto the baking sheet, place in the refrigerator for at least one hour.

Notes

This recipe makes roughly 2 dozen protein balls, depending on the size of your balls.
