  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Chicken Tenderloins OR Chicken Breast Sliced Into Strips
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 3 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese Shredded
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Tsp Parsley Flakes
  • Salt and Pepper

Instructions

  • Grab the chicken and place in a large mixing bowl, or a large Ziplock bag. Dump the olive oil into the bowl or bag and toss the chicken around to coat evenly. 
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees.
  • Mix the remaining ingredients together and dump into the bowl or bag. Mix around with the chicken until the chicken looks coated evenly. 
  • Spray the air fryer basket or trays with a nonstick cooking spray and place the chicken tenderloins in the air fryer evenly in a single layer. Cook for 12-14 minutes flipping over half way through. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
