1/2CupPasta SauceYou may use pizza sauce or tomato sauce as well
1/4CupMozzarella CheeseFresh or Pre Shredded; opt for Fat Free for lower fat option
1/8CupSliced Red OnionsI would use more or less to suit your preference
1/4CupBaby Spinach
1oz.Cooked ChickenShredded or diced
1TbspBBQ Sauce
Parsley or Italian Seasoning for Garnishing
Instructions
Preheat conventional oven or toaster oven to 425℉
Spray the pizza pan with a non-stick cooking spray so the pita bread doesn't stick
Prep your toppings by slicing your red onion and slice your grape tomatoes in half
Spread the sauce onto the pita bread first
Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese
Add the rest of the toppings to your preference and arrange to your liking
Once the oven has preheated, please the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes
Remove pizza and ENJOY!!!
