Equipment

  • 1 Pizza Pan or Cookie Sheet Preferably one with holes if you have one

Ingredients

  • 1 Pita Bread Recommend Joseph's Pita Bread brand for Low Carb Pizza Crust
  • 1/2 Cup Pasta Sauce You may use pizza sauce or tomato sauce as well
  • 1/4 Cup Mozzarella Cheese Fresh or Pre Shredded; opt for Fat Free for lower fat option
  • 1/8 Cup Sliced Red Onions I would use more or less to suit your preference
  • 1/4 Cup Baby Spinach
  • 1 oz. Cooked Chicken Shredded or diced
  • 1 Tbsp BBQ Sauce
  • Parsley or Italian Seasoning for Garnishing

Instructions

  • Preheat conventional oven or toaster oven to 425℉
  • Spray the pizza pan with a non-stick cooking spray so the pita bread doesn't stick
  • Prep your toppings by slicing your red onion and slice your grape tomatoes in half
  • Spread the sauce onto the pita bread first
  • Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese
  • Add the rest of the toppings to your preference and arrange to your liking
  • Once the oven has preheated, please the pizza in the oven for 10 minutes
  • Remove pizza and ENJOY!!!
