Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp. Prepared Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. Honey I used an imitation honey for the low sugar content
  • Pinch of Sea Salt and Black Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small container (bowl) and use immediately.
  • Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
