1/2cupKetchup No sugar option preferred for lower sugar content
2-4tbsp.Brown SugarLight or Dark Brown Sugar
2tbsp.Worcestershire Sauce
1 tsp.Prepared Mustard
1/2tsp.Garlic Powder
1/2tsp.Onion Powder
Black Pepper to taste
Instructions
Start browning the ground turkey in a skillet over medium high heat. Once it starts cooking, add in the garlic.
While the ground turkey is browning, mix the remaining ingredients for the sloppy joe sauce in a small mixing bowl.
Once the ground turkey has finished browning and cooked all the way through, drain any excess fat.
Dump the homemade sloppy joe sauce into the skillet and turn the heat to simmer.
Continue to simmer for at least 10 minutes.
Serve over buns, and enjoy!!
