This simple, no effort healthy crockpot BBQ pulled pork is one you'll be making regularly. Perfect for meal prepping, and great for those busy weeknights!
Spray your crock pot with non-stick cooking spray. Remove your pork from the wrapping (rinse if you'd like) and add to your crockpot.
Add in 1/2 cup of water, and season your pork generously with salt and pepper.
Cook on low heat for 6-8 hours. I prefer to cook around the 8 hour mark to increase the tenderness in your pork.
Remove the pork from the crockpot and let cool. Use a large fork to separate the pork to cool faster.
Use a large fork, or shredder and shred the pork. Throw out any excess fat.
Lather the shredded pork with your favorite BBQ sauce and you have the most delicious pulled pork, Enjoy!!
