Healthy Burger Bites (with Ground Turkey)

These delicious bunless cheeseburger bites are so tasty, low carb and very macro friendly!

  • 1 Muffin Tin
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • 1 Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb. Ground Turkey Or Lean Ground Beef
  • 1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs OR 1 crushed bag of regular pop chips
  • 1/4 Cup Sugar Free Ketchup
  • 3 Tbsp Mustard
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheese Your Choice of Cheese, or Blend Cheeses Together
  • 3/4 Cup Egg Whites OR 4 Large Egg (whites only)
  • 1/4 Cup Dill Pickles Cut in small pieces; optional
  • 1/4 Cup Onion Diced; optional
  • 1/4 Cup Bell Pepper Diced; optional

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400℉ and spray your muffin tin with cooking spray. I am using a standard size muffin tin for my burger bites (holds 12). 
  • In a skillet on pan, add in your ground turkey and start cooking.
  • While the ground turkey is cooking, add all of the other ingredients in the recipe into a mixing bowl. 
  • Once the ground turkey has cooked all the way, drain any excess fat. Let the ground turkey cool before adding into the burger mixture. 
  • Once the ground turkey has cooled, add into the burger mixture and mix well until everything is combined. 
  • Add the meat mixture into the muffin tins.
  • Cook for 20-25 minutes, until tops are golden and crispy looking. 
  • Let cool, and ENJOY!!
