1/2 CupBread CrumbsOR 1 crushed bag of regular pop chips
1/4CupSugar Free Ketchup
3TbspMustard
1CupShredded CheeseYour Choice of Cheese, or Blend Cheeses Together
3/4CupEgg WhitesOR 4 Large Egg (whites only)
1/4CupDill PicklesCut in small pieces; optional
1/4 CupOnionDiced; optional
1/4CupBell PepperDiced; optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400℉ and spray your muffin tin with cooking spray. I am using a standard size muffin tin for my burger bites (holds 12).
In a skillet on pan, add in your ground turkey and start cooking.
While the ground turkey is cooking, add all of the other ingredients in the recipe into a mixing bowl.
Once the ground turkey has cooked all the way, drain any excess fat. Let the ground turkey cool before adding into the burger mixture.
Once the ground turkey has cooled, add into the burger mixture and mix well until everything is combined.
Add the meat mixture into the muffin tins.
Cook for 20-25 minutes, until tops are golden and crispy looking.
Let cool, and ENJOY!!
