Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Light Mayo
  • 1/4 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt Nonfat
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk Or milk of your choice
  • 1/4 Cup Pickles
  • 1/4 Cup White Onion
  • 1/4 Cup Ketchup Sugar Free
  • 2 Tbsp Yellow Mustard
  • 1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp Salt
  • 1-2 Tsp Stevia Your choice; I use Truvia

Instructions

  • Add everything into a food processor or blender, and blend or process together to mix well. 
    Note - Add more milk for a thinner consistency
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For best results, refrigerate overnight. 
  • Use on your burgers, wraps, salads, fries, onion rings, nuggets!
