1CupCottage CheeseReduced Fat
1TspTaco Seasoning

Instructions
Measure out 1 cup of cottage cheese and place in a food processor or blender. Blend cottage cheese until all lumps are blended and cottage cheese is a creamy texture and you have reached your desired consistency.
Grab a microwave-safe bowl and dump in the blended cottage cheese, shredded cheese, and taco seasoning. Stir until blended together.
Cover the bowl and microwave for 1 minute. Remove from the microwave and stir, and then microwave for an additional 30 seconds. Remove the queso stir. Repeat as necessary until the queso is smooth. It should take roughly two minutes.
This is optional, garnish with Pico de Gallo, salsa, jalapeños, or cilantro. Grab some fresh veggies or your tortilla chips and enjoy as one of your new favorite dips! Enjoy!!
