This homemade Chicken Salad with Greek Yogurt is seriously the best chicken salad you'll ever make. Not to mention, its very macro friendly and high in protein! Made with Apples, Cranberries, and Almonds, this Chicken Salad is a recipe keeper!
1-2TspApple Cider Vinegarbased on your desired taste
1-2TspSteviaI use Truvia; based on your desired taste
Dash of Salt and Pepper
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, combine your dressing ingredients together. Plain greek yogurt, lite mayo, apple cider vinegar, stevia, salt and pepper, mix everything together until well blended.
Add the shredded chicken, sliced almonds, diced celery, diced apples, and cranberries into the large mixing bowl with the dressing.
Combine everything together and mix until well blended.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, and ENJOY!
