Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl to make the burger mixture and mix well. Note - I recommend refrigerating the meat mixture for 30 minutes (or longer) to help keep the shape of the burgers when forming.
Preheat the air fryer temperature 360 degrees. Then form the turkey burger patties. Note - I always put a small indent in the top to prevent the burger from shrinking.
Once the air fryer has preheated, spray the tray or basket with a nonstick cooking spray. Place patties in a single layer onto the tray or in the basket and cook for 15 minutes flipping over once halfway through. Be sure the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees.
Remove from the air fryer and let cool. Place burger on your favorite bun, lettuce wrap, or into a burger salad and ENJOY!
