Air Fryer Turkey Burgers

These delicious air fryer turkey burgers are so easy and simple to make, low fat, low carb and LOADED with protein!

Ingredients

  • 1 Lb Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley Chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Light Mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl to make the burger mixture and mix well. 
    Note - I recommend refrigerating the meat mixture for 30 minutes (or longer) to help keep the shape of the burgers when forming.
  • Preheat the air fryer temperature 360 degrees. Then form the turkey burger patties. 
    Note - I always put a small indent in the top to prevent the burger from shrinking. 
  • Once the air fryer has preheated, spray the tray or basket with a nonstick cooking spray. Place patties in a single layer onto the tray or in the basket and cook for 15 minutes flipping over once halfway through. Be sure the internal temperature has reached 165 degrees.
  • Remove from the air fryer and let cool. Place burger on your favorite bun, lettuce wrap, or into a burger salad and ENJOY!
