Air Fryer BBQ Chicken Thighs

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 1 cup Favorite BBQ Sauce For the healthier option with less sugar and calories, use Stubb's Original BBQ Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 380 degrees
  • After you trim excess fat, toss the chicken thighs in a large bowl
  • Add all of the seasonings in the mixing bowl with the chicken thighs and mix around
  • Once the air fryer has preheated, spray the trays in the air fryer basket or tray with a non stick cooking spray
  • Put the chicken in the air fryer and cook without any BBQ sauce for 8 minutes
  • Brush your favorite BBQ sauce onto the top of the chicken and cook for another 4 minutes
  • Now turn the chicken over in the air fryer, and brush the BBQ sauce onto the top of the chicken again and cook for another 4 minutes
  • Remove the chicken from the air fryer once fully cooked
  • Serve with your favorite sides and enjoy!!
