Turkey Meatloaf Recipe Notes & Tips:

Veggie options for this healthy meatloaf recipe

Feel free to swap out those peppers and onions for some other veggies.

Want a different take on this? Try adding some shredded carrots, zucchini pieces or even some mushrooms.

I don’t think there is a wrong way here. This recipe is packed with flavor, all would be delicious.

If you don’t have a veggie chopper or slicer, I really recommend getting one.

Spicy Option?

Is making this spicy even a question? I feel like where there’s a will, there’s a way. I LOVE SPICY, my family however, does not.

If your like me, and love some spiciness in your life, add some diced jalapenos and use a little siracha sauce in with the ketchup.

Just make sure the overall amount is still the same so you don’t have your meatloaf too wet.
