Recipe Notes, Tips & Tricks for Low Calorie Chicken Caesar Wraps

Chicken Options:

I always have some pre-shredded rotisserie chicken on hand for quick recipes like these, or you can use leftover chicken you have on hand.

If I have some extra time, I will boil or cook a chicken breast and shred it that way.

For easy and time saving shredding, I always recommend this awesome gadget I use regularly. It’s a chicken shredder, and will save you loads up time. Here is the one I use linked right here

Croutons:

You can skip these all together if you’d like, but honestly, the calorie difference isn’t a lot in this great recipe that I keep them in for the extra crunch. It’s so good, trust me!

Use any kind, or you can even get creative and make your own!

A great way to do this is to use some low calorie bread, dice into squares, gently toss with a very small amount of olive oil and seasoning (salt and black pepper, or italian seasoning) and bake in the oven until crispy.

These low calorie chicken caesar wraps are great for meal prepping and low fat.

Want some spice on your chicken wrap?

Add some buffalo sauce and make yourself buffalo chicken caesar wraps, so tasty and an easy change to level it up.

How to store your low calorie chicken caesar wrap:

Be sure to store your wrap in airtight containers, or wrap individually in plastic wrap. They will keep in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. No reheating or prep is necessary when eating your leftovers for a nice easy meal!
