BAM. Healthy Oreo cream fluff was created. You guys, this stuff is AMAZING. I could seriously eat the entire bowl.

With simple ingredients, it is so light and refreshing, my toddler gobbles this stuff right up, literally licks the bowl clean.

This no bake Oreo fluff dessert is such an easy recipe that will be a sweet treat your whole family is gonna love.

Basic ingredients for Oreo cream fluff:

  • 8oz. (tub) low fat cool whip; softened
  • Plain Greek yogurt; nonfat
  • Vanilla pudding mix; sugar free
  • Truvia; or any kind of natural stevia sweetener
  • Oreo thins

How to make this easy Oreo fluff recipe:

Step 1

Gather all of your ingredients, except for the Oreos and mix them together well in a large mixing bowl. This will make a super creamy texture.

I love these mixing bowls right here, because you can make things like this and pop a lid right over them, so simple!

Start by mixing all the ingredients except for the Oreos to make the Oreo Cream Fluff.

The best part about this easy dessert, is there’s no hand mixer or food processor required. 

Step 2

Crush up the Oreo thins and gently fold the crushed Oreos into the fluff.

If you want to use regular Oreos, by all means….go for it!! Just be sure to adjust your macros accordingly. 

Step 3

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, trust me. The longer this stuff is in the fridge, the better it is!

I will usually whip this up in the morning, and have it for a late night treat. 

Step 4

When your ready to eat your fluffy dessert, you can top with some Oreo crumbs. This is totally optional. ENJOY!! 

After letting the healthy Oreo cream fluff refrigerate for at least 2 hours, this stuff is ready to be enjoyed!

Make Ahead:

I love making this ahead for get togethers as a healthy dessert option, especially on a hot summer day.

Just whip everything up the day before, let it sit in the refrigerator overnight and let the flavors come together. It is seriously so friggin good the next day. 

I love dipping fresh fruit or vanilla wafers into this healthy oreo cream fluff!

Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator and store up to 3-4 days.

Ingredients

  • 1 8oz. Tub Low Fat Cool Whip Softened
  • 1 Cup Plain Nonfat Greek Yogurt
  • 1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder OR 1/4 Cup
  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix Sugar Free
  • 1 Tsp Truvia OR Any Natural Stevia Sweetener
  • 8 Oreo Thins Crushed; Plus more for topping (Optional)

Instructions

  • Gather all of your ingredients, except for the Oreos and mix them together well in a large mixing bowl. This will make a super creamy texture.
  • Crush up the Oreo thins and gently fold the crushed Oreos into the fluff.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The longer its refrigerated, the better.
  • When you're reading to eat, top with additional crushed Oreos, completely optional. Serve as is, or with fresh fruit.
